STRATEGIC PLANNING

Preferred Consulting guides organizations through a comprehensive strategic planning process. A “Deep Dive” process authored by Rich Horwath is utilized to address today’s challenges while preparing for the long term success of the organization. The step by step process involves engagement of all stakeholders for the successful completion and implementation of the strategic plan. During and upon completion of the strategic plan a presentation is developed to communicate the findings to all stakeholders which may include employees, management, and policy makers.
